CASE STUDY #3: INCREASING CONVERSION RATE THROUGH TESTING

Problem: Conversion rate on the Web site was decreasing to levels that made it difficult to achieve a positive ROI in some online channels. The issue was undermining the subject company’s ability to enter new channels and not only generate profit but beat the competition. They knew that if they didn’t resolve this issue, their competition would dominate certain Internet channels and eventually cut into their niche online. 

Solution: Test multiple options to the conversion funnel that establishes a new control path that will increase conversion rate.
